AGING SMART AWARENESS is a completely interactive educational training presented in person by its developer/facilitator Michael Philip, BA in Psychology, MA in Communication Arts, Positive Psychology Practitioner, in groups of up to 20 people.

We offer Customized training workshops for employees from front line to executives’ level of companies in every sector serving customers 55 and older to promote skills to enhance patience and empathy, positive relationships, social awareness, and most of all self-awareness. The participants will be able to directly link the training to their jobs.

Duration: 4 hours (Can be presented in two parts of 2-hours each if preferred)

Each topic is presented with activities and small group breakouts and participation.

Workshop includes:

  • Awareness of ageism in our culture and in ourselves: Root causes and consequences.
  • Awareness of the specific needs in adults 55 and over, that differ from younger adults.
  • Activities for four proven resources/tools to meet the needs in adults 55 +
